FloorPlan.co.za is a free quote request service for floor plans, house plans, building plans, council submissions, as-built drawings, 3D plans and commercial layouts in South Africa.
How it works
We don't draw, sign or submit plans ourselves. We pass each request to an independent draughtsperson, architectural technologist, architect or plan studio who can help, and they contact the customer directly with a quote.
The service is free. It saves time for anyone who needs plans, from a family building its first house to an owner adding a room, a seller asked for approved plans at transfer, an estate agent listing a flat, a developer planning townhouses or a church committee planning a hall.
Are you a draughtsperson or architect?
If you are registered with SACAP and draw house plans, council submissions, as-built drawings, 3D plans or commercial layouts in South Africa, and would like to receive quote requests in your area, send us a request through the form on this page. Choose what you offer and put "Provider enquiry" in the details.

Request plan quotes
Write the brief the way a draughtsperson would ask for it: the project, the rooms or the size, and where you are. Draughtspersons and architects who work in your area quote you directly.
